Job Summary

The Job Search Consultant will play a pivotal role in guiding job seekers through the complexities of the modern job market. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their unique skills, experiences, and aspirations, and providing tailored support to help them secure job interviews and offers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ career goals, skills, and qualifications.
Provide expert advice on resume writing, cover letter creation, and job application processes.
Guide clients in utilizing job search websites effectively to maximize their job search efforts.
Offer interview preparation coaching, including mock interviews and feedback sessions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Proven experience in career counseling, recruitment, or human resources.
Strong understanding of job search websites and modern recruiting best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
