Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and recruit qualified speech pathologists through various sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, and job boards.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess the qualifications and fit of candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.
• Collaborate with our team to improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends and continue professional development to ensure the best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare recruitment field is preferred, especially in therapy recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
