• Develop project plans, including objectives, scope, resources, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage project changes and adapt plans according to evolving requirements and priorities.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the engineering team and clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive consensus and ensure team engagement.
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of best practices within the project management methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within an engineering context.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Expertise in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
