Available Positions

• Architect/Designer – Tasked with creating innovative designs and layouts for our various projects while adhering to zoning and building regulations.
• Quantity Surveyor – Responsible for managing all costs related to the project, ensuring that the project is completed within its approved budget.
• Marketing Manager – Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our property projects effectively.
• Development Coordinator – Supports the development team through research, planning, and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in our property project jobs, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
