Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus.
