Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic molding machinery, including injection and blow molding machines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to prevent downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement process improvements.
• Document production data, including quantities produced and material usage.
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in the plastic machine operator position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including manufacturing instructions and safety manuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
