About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machinery to fabricate parts according to technical drawings.
- Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and solve technical issues.
- Use measuring instruments and tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in machining technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or machining certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a machinist position or related field.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is preferred.
- Ability to operate manual and CNC machinery with precision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
