Job Positions Available

We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

Employment Advisor: Guide job seekers through their career journeys, providing personalized support, resume assistance, and interview coaching.
Community Engagement Officer: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify employment opportunities and develop partnerships.
Program Coordinator: Plan and oversee workshops and employment programs, ensuring they meet the needs of job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

Conducting one-on-one consultations with job seekers to assess their needs and goals.
Facilitating workshops that enhance employability skills, including resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
Engaging with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and facilitating connections with potential candidates.
Monitoring the progress of participants in employment programs and providing ongoing support and resources.
Developing outreach strategies to engage underrepresented populations in the job market.

Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Relevant experience in career counseling, human resources, or workforce development.
A degree in social work, human resources, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with job search platforms and resources.
