Job Positions Available

We are looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

  • Employment Advisor: Guide job seekers through their career journeys, providing personalized support, resume assistance, and interview coaching.
  • Community Engagement Officer: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify employment opportunities and develop partnerships.
  • Program Coordinator: Plan and oversee workshops and employment programs, ensuring they meet the needs of job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting one-on-one consultations with job seekers to assess their needs and goals.
  • Facilitating workshops that enhance employability skills, including resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
  • Engaging with local businesses to understand their hiring needs and facilitating connections with potential candidates.
  • Monitoring the progress of participants in employment programs and providing ongoing support and resources.
  • Developing outreach strategies to engage underrepresented populations in the job market.

Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in career counseling, human resources, or workforce development.
  • A degree in social work, human resources, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with job search platforms and resources.
