1. Real Estate Sales Associate

Location: Multiple Locations
Salary: Competitive Commission Structure + Bonuses

The Sales Associate plays a critical role in our organization, responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Candidates must be self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct property viewings and provide guidance on market trends.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all transactions are smooth.

Qualifications:

• Real estate license (required).
• 1-3 years of sales experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

2. Property Manager

Location: Various Locations
Salary: Based on Experience + Performance Bonuses

The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring that everything runs smoothly for our tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure properties are occupied and tend to tenant needs.
• Prepare budgets and manage financial reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair operations with vendors and staff.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues proactively.
• Enforce tenant policies and mitigate any potential conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Property Manager (2-5 years).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

3. Real Estate Analyst

Location: Headquarters – New York City
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year

The Real Estate Analyst will evaluate market trends, assess property values, and support strategic decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis.
• Assist in the appraisal of properties, reviewing comparable sales.
• Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to drive decision-making.
• Monitor economic and demographic trends affecting real estate.

Qualifications:
