• Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring the financial health of each property.
• Developing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Collaborating with contractors and service providers to maintain property standards.
• Conducting property inspections and reporting on condition and maintenance needs.
• Ensuring compliance with local property regulations and laws.

Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for dynamic individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the estate management field. The ideal candidates will possess:

• A degree in estate management, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
