Job Responsibilities

As a seasonal team member at HomeGoods, your responsibilities will vary based on our operational needs, but generally include:

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing a high level of service and product knowledge.
  • Unload merchandise and assist in stocking shelves and displaying products attractively.
  • Organize store merchandise and ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Contribute to achieving store goals by ensuring that sales targets are met.
  • Support the team in keeping the store organized, efficient, and welcoming to all customers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak shopping periods.
