Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Employability Survey Coordinator to lead our graduate employability survey initiatives. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys that assess the employability skills of recent graduates. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement graduate employability surveys to gather data on employment outcomes and skills gaps.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, employers, and graduates to facilitate survey participation.
- Analyze survey data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in graduate employability.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Graduate Employability Survey Coordinator role will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in survey design and implementation, preferably within higher education or research settings.
