$40,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Manage customer transactions, ensuring accurate processing of orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule; willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
