Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and mills, to create high-quality components.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance of CNC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize production processes.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the machining process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma in machining technology is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years experience operating CNC machinery.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of G-code programming languages.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $50,000 – $75,000, depending on experience and expertise.
