• Preparing and maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
• Collaborating with various law enforcement and security agencies.
• Providing excellent customer service while educating the public about border laws and regulations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle stressful situations with composure.
• Proficiency in the use of technology and basic computer applications.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
