Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Job Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our recruitment team to understand their needs and effectively communicate job opportunities to potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize job listings across various social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
Research and implement best practices for effectively adding job posts on Facebook to reach a wider audience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create engaging job descriptions that attract top talent.
Monitor analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of job postings and social media strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to improve our recruitment strategies.
Engage with candidates through social media, responding to inquiries and enhancing the candidate experience.
Provide monthly reports on social media performance and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, recruitment, or related fields.
Strong understanding of different social media platforms, particularly Facebook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
