Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce precision components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Machinist (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Proficient in operating CNC milling and turning machines.
• Strong understanding of measurement and inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
