Job Description

As a part time morning shift associate, you will be a vital member of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
Delivering a high standard of customer service while interacting with guests.
Assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Upholding health and safety standards in accordance with regulations.

Work Schedule

The morning shift typically runs from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. We are looking for individuals who can commit to at least 3-4 shifts per week. Flexibility in scheduling is a plus, as we appreciate team members who can adapt as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
