Key Responsibilities:

In your role as a CNA, you will engage in various duties that directly impact the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents.
• Support residents’ emotional and social needs through engaging conversations and companionship.
• Document care provided and report any significant changes in residents’ conditions.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the dignity and respect of all residents at all times.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for our Monday through Friday CNA jobs should possess the following qualifications:

• Certification: Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Experience: Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
