Position Overview
The Client Service Manager job plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing client interactions, managing client expectations, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Your skills will help to identify opportunities for service improvements, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and expectations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of client service activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
- Implement client feedback mechanisms to continually enhance service delivery.
- Create and present reports on client satisfaction levels and service quality metrics.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of client service representatives.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance client service policies and procedures.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client service, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients easily.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and improving client satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
